Philosophy 

The SW Washington Chapter of Credit Unions is committed to helping our member credit unions develop their teams by providing education on the credit union movement and issues that face our industry.  We share resources to enhance the value of our most important assets  – Our employees. 

Here's what we're up to this year:

• Offer Educational Workshops for employees of the participating credit unions in areas of leadership development, workplace wellness and advancing professional growth for credit union employees.
• Scholarship program for participating credit union employees: All scholarships for 2025 have been awarded
• Online credit union micro-courses as a shared resource
