Bring Out the Leader in You

Presenter: Corlinda Wooden

Corlinda Wooden is the President of Wooden Consulting and a passionate leader of the credit union movement who specializes in leadership development and pushing innovative approaches to drive bottom line results. Corlinda was recently named American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions based on her work to drive innovation and cater to underserved communities. Her passion for helping people succeed, coupled with her creativity and over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including leading the Incubator programs at Filene Research Institute, have helped the teams she has worked with reach new heights. 

When not hard at work, you can find Corlinda fully immersed with her husband, two daughters, a pandemic puppy, and two fluffy cats. Work hard and play hard is one of the key messages instilled in her household. 

Bring Out the Leader in You: You don’t need a title to be a leader who supports a positive culture within your credit union. Employees and leaders who attend this session will learn why it’s important to give the world a reason to dance, how to remove their head trash, how to lead up, down, and across, how to pinpoint their passion, and how to create and recognize more lollipop moments in life.
